About Us
Our Story
Owners: Ravi and Pani
Ravi worked as one of the senior chefs at Montys of Kathmandu in Dublin City Centre and Pani previously managed a few restaurants around Ireland. The idea of Everest came in fruition on 2013 when our shared vision of high quality Nepalese and Tibetan dining came into light.
With decades of experience in working with culinary and hospitality industry, we opened Mt. Everest of Kathmandu in early 2013 in Bray, Co Wicklow.
Mt Everest aims to serve their authentic Tibetan and Nepalese cuisine to our valued customers.
Dine In
The restaurant is situated in Main Street bray, has the capacity of hosting up to 65 guests in one setting. Our extensive wine lists suits the traditional cuisine we offer.
Our Bar, which we call it, The Base Camp, serve you with the drinks of your choice ranging from whiskies, cocktails, beers, juices and specialty coffee.
The restaurant is open and spacious, giving you and your partner and/or family the cosy time you would want, to enjoy your meal.
Cuisine
Proudly presenting our delicacies prepared with fresh and locally sourced ingredients with blend of herbs and spices, along with the taste of unique Tibetan Cuisine, Mt Everest explores the Nepalese culinary. We also offer traditional Indian curries.
All our food is thoroughly cooked and we do not use any artificial ingredients. All our food is cooked to order by our qualified and experienced Nepalese chefs.
